On site
I go where the problems are, however hard it is to get in. I have been on shop floors, in the operating room and in the ICU, watching how the work is done.

Connections
With OOUX I name the objects and their relationships. They become one model that product, design and engineering share.

Prototype
I build the workflow first, as a prototype in code, with real flows and on a design system an AI can read and check too. I test it with the people who will use it.

I let the data kill the plan. I would rather change the scope than solve the problem halfway.
